We are part of the team of professionals that make up Aserto Despacho Jurídico, a multidisciplinary law firm dedicated to providing comprehensive legal advisory services. Our firm is the result of the combined experience of a group of legal professionals in various areas of law since 2009.

Eulalia Josa and Mónica Modrego are the main responsible parties for the labor and tax law areas.

Our clients include individual entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized well-established businesses with many years of collaboration with us, as well as employees seeking to assert their labor rights.

Eulalia Josa Chamorro

Practicing lawyer in Zaragoza with over 30 years of experience, known for professionalism, thoroughness, and honesty. Primarily dedicated to providing management and advisory services to businesses, self-employed individuals, and individuals in various legal areas including labor, tax, civil, commercial, and succession, all delivered in a highly personalized manner.

Education: Graduated in Law from the University of Zaragoza in 1989. Member of the REICAZ since 1990.

Mónica Modrego Carrera

As an active lawyer with over 10 years of experience in labor and social security law, I provide comprehensive client support and legal coverage to both individual workers and small to medium-sized businesses. I specialize in offering comprehensive advice to clients from various sectors such as hospitality, building cleaning, construction, metalworking, and have extensive experience in court proceedings, as well as the direction and management of legal procedures.

Education: I graduated in Law from the University of Zaragoza in 2005 and have been a member of the REICAZ since 2010. Additionally, I hold a Higher Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, specializing in workplace safety, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics (ISTAS), as well as a Superior Program in Collective Bargaining.
